再见了2010年!!

Still have 5mins to go to welcome year 2011.. Countdown countdown...New YeAr, new hope, new shiRt, everything new with the BraNd new me..

Last day of year 2010, review back what I have been done in year 2010.. 2010 considered a hectic year for me, busy for work and I have been outstation for almost a quarter of year 2010.. Went to Bali & Hatyai for personal trip and be in States for business trip almost every quarter.. Visited lots of the dream places such as Las VeGas, New YoRk, NiaGara Fall...It is really great experience and appreciate for having such opportunity to extend my business trip for own trip. Probably will still have my last business trip by 2011 and hopefully have chance to visit more amazing attraction like Hawaii..hehe..

For my work, boss last week did asked me about whehter what is my plan after i finished the project next year.. Am I want to continue my existing job role or I interested to join other group with the new role? He is asking this question because top direction is to cut one head count for my group. I am one of the option? And after considered, i told him, i want to continue stay in my group. I want a better increment next year, I dont want my efffort for this whole year not being recognized.. I want the compensation for my effort.. Hopefully year 2011 my career can stable and smooth even all the 2011 horoscope projected the new year is not good for work related..

When I can remove my braces? For my last visit for my orthodontist, he initially said i January 2011 already can remove the braces. But I am not satisfy with it and told him i need the front teeth to be further pull in.. and he not so happy after i said so, he told me that my teeth is big and dont have enough place to further pull already.. unless he cut my teeth to be smaller, and with this, i need to further wait half year to get the braces removed. And I agreed with it since I already applied the braces for so many month, is no different to continue wear for another half year.. Anyhow, hopefully my braces can remove before June 2011, want to show myself and all my friend, family my teeth.. They have been hiding for 1 and half year already.. Is the time to unhide..

这个失眠的夜晚。。

失眠这个病毒，又来侵蚀我了。。连续两天了，躺在床上， 辗转反侧，难以入眠。原因何在，都怪我假期时时间颠倒，睡太多和太迟睡了。而且近来眼睛不知怎么的，好酸好酸；已经好几天了，可能是之前看太多电脑了， 而这几天也看太多的连续级了吧！眼睛在高喊救命了。。怎么办？？想要把电脑冷藏起来，可是如果是这样的话，我要做什么呢？没了电脑，可闷及了。。

由于眼睛酸痛，所以就不再看电脑了；转看书集。继续阅读我在香港机场买的一本书。瞒不错的一本书。书中有说倒‘木桶’逻辑，一个木桶的瓶颈是在那里呢？可能我们都没想到木桶的瓶颈往往在于短板处。它能渗水的能量在于短板的长度。所以一个企业不能只在乎那些高材子，它的存亡也是取决于那些短板之人。 书内记载一个很不错的说词，如果不能做一间公司的长板，不代表你不是他间公司的长板。读了几篇文章，也启发了我想了很久的问题的答案。希望这真是我找了很久的答案。明年八月，看吧。。往对的方向先进。

失眠的时间，好多的事情在脑海里飘浮着。。有了前途的方向，有了三除一的决定，不用想这么多了，何时才能心想事成呢？努力，努力，再接再厉。。

爱哭鬼

爱哭鬼,也是非我莫属了。。

前两天观看‘下一站幸福’， 因为它的对白太感动了， 所以哭得霹雳啪啦地！！然后呢，今天早上眼睛已经 有一点肿得睁不开了，也经没什么力气说话了。 。累。。然而今天的我不知怎么了，跟老板谈了几句，竟然眼泪不能控制地从眼筐一滴一滴地滚了下来， 然后急忙地冲回我的位置继续地哭个不停。 好不争气。哭到同事午餐回来也发现了，还以为我发生什么事了。。眼睛，鼻子，双夹通红。。好像真的被谁欺负了，就是他了吧。

我，到底怎么了？因该是近来太忙了吧，忙得透不过气。太多的事需要我去完成了，这个project 是不是真的不适合我呢？我的经验不足，所以做起事来有点艰难，慢。但是它是一个很好的机会，也是对我的一个挑战； 我珍惜它，我想尽力把它做得最好，我想每个人对我夸目相看。 所以这也照成了无形中的一种‘压力’。

人长大了， 不是都会更坚强的吗？怎么我好像越来越脆弱呢？

岜厘岛之旅

Bali, this is my second trip to bali island and I still feel Bali is a nice place to relax my mind.. Those tension, tired really away from me since last Thursday once i shut down my laptop from office and drive down to Holiday Inn for Project team dinner with those U.S guests. The environment is nice, but the price is too expensive compare to the food..Seems like after we done all the food from the table, we still feel not full enought as the food is limited.

Quite satisfy with this trip as few of the things I miss out from last trip I am able to accomplish by this trip. Hurray!! I have done my first Spa in this life time at Bali.. Its inlcuded body massage, scrap.. The massage is very nice as it is soft and after massage, my muscle really can feel the release..For this spa, all of us need to take off our dress except wear the paper underwear provided by them.. Feel shy and have some funny experience among friends where become joke of the day for last few days..

We stayed in different hotel everyday such as Yulia hotel@ Kuta & Adi cottage @ Ubud except the last 2 days we stay in the same hotel, Tune hotel @ Kuta. First time I stayed at Tune hotel, overall the hotel is ok, just the space is limited. But we able to get a connected room, so 4 of us can chit chat at night. I like Adi cottage hotel the most as the outer and inner of the hotel have the Bali feel.. hehe..And we tried the Bintang beer at the hotel at the night. Feel good!!

First day of the trip, we reach Bali already 8pm something. Air Asia flight delayed again for one hour..And we have walked at the poppies street to get the bamboo corner for dinner.. Is a recommended place, but the food so so only and is too oily. And for second day of trip, we went to sukawati by early morning to have a big shopping..Is cheap, but the things sold at each stall is almost the same.. After that we went to Kintamani to see the vacalno mount with the Lake and have lunch there to enjoy the lunch with the nice scenary.

Besides that, we went to Nusa Dua beach, Jimbaran for seafood dinner, Uluwatu for temple & etc. Uluwatu temple, is a nice place but is with too many monkeys around already compare to last trip. We plan to see the sunset there, but due to too scary, we move the plan to see the sunset at Jimbaran seaside.. Unfortunately at the end the sky is not clear and we are not able to see any sunset there.. Anyhow we still enjoy the seafood dinner there..

At Uluwatu, we saw the monkey snatch the glasses from the visitor, and even he bite the pretty gal hand while the gal grab her bag from the monkey. At the end the gal screamed and cried as her hand being bite by the monkey and full of the blood.. Horible..And thats why we so scared and plan to move to Jimbaran for sunset from there.. We tried Bebek bengir, Bali guling, Basoh & etc there.. Bebek is the best restaurent there I would like to recomment if my friend go there..

This trip can consider very healthy trip for me as every trip with my group of friends sure have some sick from me..but this trip, the virus like already spread to my friends..hehe..anyhow still a nice trip.. I like to sit at the beach and look at the wave and listen the 海浪声..Awesome!!Can see ppl surfing there as well..We cant have this feel for sure at Malaysia as the wave there is bigger compare to Malaysia.

It is a romantic place where suitable for those couple to go for holiday or vacation. For the first trip, I am thinking the next trip I will go with my bf or hubby; but mission still fail and second trip I still come with my friends as my group of friend want to come to Bali. It is still very happy and enjoyable trip either. And hopefully if I have the 3rd trip there, I need to come with someone special to enjoy the romantic environment here..

2010农历新年结束了！！

2010年，一连十五天的农历新年就在今天画上句号了！！好舍不得新年前几天的那种心情。。轻松，休闲，即使热了点。。今年可说是最热的一个新年了。。走到哪里，太阳老公公就跟随到哪儿。。热透了！！大家快点加入环保行列吧！！不然再过几年我们就得搬往别的星球了..

虽然今年新年是最忙碌的一个新年，拿年假可是还是需要工作。。年十五还是需要加班，但是依然对新年假期非常的留念。。从今天开始就要收拾心情完完全全的投入工作岗位。加油加油!!

Today already 7 days of Chinese New Year, time flies too fast and even dint go anywhere for this CNY, but still feel time not enough to use..Still feel rest not enough due to already start to work by forth day of CNY. Anyhow for the 30th night and also first 3 days of CNY, I enjoy the feel that away from any work.. Throw out all the work related stuff from my mind and enjoy my CNY.. Its great even with only went to visit relatives, watch Astro, movie, gamble ...

I have started to work on Wed althought I am on my annual leave. Because I know that if I dint start to work this week, next week onwards I will busy like hell and sure will have not enough sleep already. If I further delay my things to next week. Maybe I only can sleep 3-4 hours a day.. I don't want this life and this will make me getting older faster..

So, I work...But it is not a good start when i first open for my laptop. When turn on and download the email, already saw the escalation email from boss and customer. Why this always happen when CNY time... I remember last year also the same.. But I just take it easy and it not really impact my CNY mood. Just make me busier and take my time to drag some history for the explanation.

Next week onwards will continue my busy life for 2010 years.. And I have 2 more weekend to stay at penang and going outstation soon.. So really appreciate for my time over here.. Eat more + sleep more ... Yeah!!

Finally I am back!!

Away from My hometown for almost 16 days; finally I am back, I miss Malaysia so so so much!!!! I miss the soup that cook by my Mum so much, miss curry mee, mihun ting, hokkien mee and so on. Yummy, yummy!! Seems like I still so tam chiak..Today is Jan 30th already and actually I would like to publish this post by last weekend, but wrote this article halfway and no more energy to continue it..

Finally today i continue my story here even now with super duper tired body + brain!! I am busy since I back last weekend, everyday work overtime but without OT pay. Lack of sleep and rest time and really feel time not enough to use.. I want back my time..

Back to my story, this trip I have went to quite many places for sight seeing, shopping and had taste different kind of American local foods, satisfied!! When we just reach state, we stayed one night at San Fran and went to Pier 39 for sight seeing. Have sea lion over there and we have walk through the market. Their market is so clean and without any bad smell!


This trip we continue our shopping and we went to 3 different outlet at SF & Folsom; Bought lesser this time due to the price is obviously higher compare to last trip due to last trip the mega sales is the biggest sales throughout the year.. So with the comparison, obviously I not so willing to take out my wallet for purchase.. hehe..We have been to Budweiser and Jelly Belly factory for visit; And even went to Lake Tahoe for snowing and tubing!! This is the first time i see the snow and play with the snow. Really enjoy it and tubing is so excited! Next time I should learn for skiing.. :)

Welcome Ye@r 2010!!

Already 3 days past year 2010, welcome year 2010, a brand new year with new hope, new target and everything is new!!

I have gone through quite pack weekend where quite enjoy and relax..Just really not enough sleep for this few days as everyday need to wake up very early in the morning and sleep very early also in the morning due to cough at night that cause me hard to get into sleep. Did attend friend wedding dinner, be 'ji mui', shopping, sing k and also CNY house cleaning.. Only sleep few hours a day, dark circle getting darker and darker..damp..

Christmas and New year holiday already past and tomorrow have to back to work already.. no more holiday except CNY holiday..so sien..Need to go back to tension + hectic life and also prepare for my State trip again.. Don't know how will this trip be? Will continue shop a lots? How is the testing or training there?

Hope this year I can achieves the 2 main target i urge to..Started to dream..hehe..
